Dust treatment in rhyolitic solid rock quarries.
Due to technical reasons, we realized two separate installations (primary/secondary).
On the primary station we have planned a dust suppression system by spraying with an automatic triggering of the primary hopper in case of dumper unloading.
Because the secondary station is equipped with the manufacturer’s suction system, we chose to treat the residual but important dust with our SONIC DS© system by atomisation (air/water) in order to obtain an efficiency of around 80% but also to avoid any clogging disorder in the suction sleeves.
